Nisha has over 20+ years of rich experience in various industries and has led many transformations across her tenure with most recent being in financial industry on agile, cloud, data, analytics and product centric engineering.

Nisha leads several Women in Tech Task Force, focusing on retention, development and leadership. Nisha’s passion is empowering others and, in that vein, is a mentor to many and volunteers her personal time with CodeVa & Boolean Girls which focuses on STEM education for K -12.

Nisha is an avid learner . She voraciously continues her life-long pursuit of soaking up knowledge every step of the way by reading, listening to podcasts and doing internal & external speaking engagements.
